Disclosures
Last updated July 11, 2026
We want you to understand how Denaras works, how we make money, and where our information comes from.
How we make money
Denaras is funded by subscription fees from our paid (Pro) plan. We do not earn commissions on your trades, we are not paid for order flow, and we do not receive compensation for showing any particular ticker, strategy, or broker. We do not hold custody of your money or securities.
No brokerage or advisory relationship
Denaras is not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser and is not affiliated with any broker, exchange, or clearing firm. We provide software and educational content only. Any trades you decide to make are placed through your own broker, at your own discretion and risk.
Where our data comes from
Market data, options chains, and fundamentals are sourced from third-party providers. This data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and provider coverage can change. We surface it for educational purposes and it should always be confirmed with your broker before trading.
How estimates are produced
Income figures, annualized yields, and risk buffers are modelled from the market data available at the time using standard formulas. They assume, among other things, that positions are held to expiration and do not account for fees, slippage, assignment, or taxes. They are illustrations, not forecasts, and actual results will differ. See our Risk Disclosure for details.
Conflicts of interest
Because our revenue comes only from subscriptions, we have no financial incentive to steer you toward any specific security or trade. Where we introduce optional third-party integrations or partnerships in the future, we will disclose any material relationship here.
Trademarks
Broker, exchange, and provider names and logos referenced in Denaras are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
